This Tier One business park, located in the heart of Macquarie Park was due for an overhaul. The Client entrusted JXB to complete an architectural upgrade and fit out with a strict timeline for prompt release to the market.

Works included a multi-room fit out, new board room, training spaces, architectural feature ceiling grid, flooring, DDA bathrooms, joinery, and essential services. These spaces were transformed into a welcoming and engaging space.

Accommodating the needs of adjoining tenancies required all demolition and noisy works to be completed after hours. JXB established site protection zones to ensure the common building areas remained clean, accessible, and safe for the duration of the works.
