BROOKLYN DISTRIBUTION PARK
BUILDINGS 3 & 5 WAREHOUSE & OFFICE REFURBISHMENT
The existing tenancies at Brooklyn required expansion and modernisation to support growing business operations.
Building 3 – Works involved the formation of new office space within the existing warehouse footprint, together with front façade upgrades and new glazing. New communications rooms and boardroom facilities were delivered, along with reconfiguration of truck turning areas to improve site safety and circulation.
Building 5 – Works included the construction of a new ground-up office extension attached to the existing warehouse, incorporating new amenities, kitchen facilities and an outdoor staff area. External works included carpark reconfiguration, a new DDA-compliant access ramp and trenching for new services to support the expanded office facilities.
