WAREHOUSE REFURBISHMENT & DISTRIBUTION FACILITIY FITOUT
JXB was engaged under a D&C Contract to transform one building into two separate tenancies. The project involved a complete review and upgrade of all services to facilitate the subdivision. New IT walls and separate entrances were constructed with significant structural works to elevate the overall presentation of the port Melbourne Industrial Estate.
Tenancy 2's Fitout included a fully integrated office and distribution warehouse, including goods lift installation and upgraded bathrooms and staff amenities. The result is a complete transformation —turning an empty warehouse into a high-performance packing and distribution centre, with future leasing potential.
