CITY VIEWS BUSINESS PARK

Working with Goodman, our scope for this project included the removal and disposal of a highly combustible Aluminium Composite Panel product and the supply, installation and finishing of a new Aluminium Façade cladding system in line with current Australian Standards and building regulations.

The occupied 5-story building required façade work to all elevations during work hours. This created numerous high-risk construction activities and project challenges. Our experienced team developed safe work practises including the use of boom lifts, elevated work platforms, Class B hoardings & crash decks along with safe material handling processes to ensure a safe and successful project was delivered. 

JXB's focus to deliver exceptional customer service, combined with our management processes resulted in the project being delivered 2 weeks ahead of schedule. We exceeded our clients’ expectations and provided minimal disturbance to the tenants.
