INTERCHANGE BUSINESS PARK - EASTERN CREEK

Last year JXB Projects were engaged on a design &construct basis to complete one of the first carpark solar projects in Australia for Goodman, atInterchange Business Park.

We designed and engineered a carpark solar solution, which now provides 485Kw of renewable energy to meet the building owner’s and occupiers energy requirements on site.

Ground works included slab demolition, piering, excavation, concrete footings and cable runs, followed by the construction of the cantilevered, steel framed awnings and 1055 solar panels.

The ground works were completed in stages to ensure the carpark could still be used to service the surrounding commercial offices, throughout construction. Overall, it was a highly rewarding and successful project.
