PITTWATER RUGBY PARK, WARRIEWOOD

NEW SPORTING AMENITY BUILDING

JXB Projects were engaged by Northern Beaches Council on a construct only basis, to build a new ground up amenities block for the Warringah Rats Rugby Club. JXB delivered the project in 4 months while maintaining uninterrupted training sessions, weekend matches and weekly events at Rat Park.

The result is a purpose-built sporting amenity building that elevates the standard of the entire precinct, providing players with facilities that feel permanent, secure and fit for purpose. The scope included earthworks, services, structural steel, brick and blockwork walls, roofing, and durable internal finishes designed to withstand high use traffic. Internally, the facility includes four WCs, twelve showers and two fully accessible amenities, delivering a hard-wearing asset built for the footy season and long term community use.
