SUITE 4.01, 5 TALAVERA RD, MACQUARIE PARK

JXB Projects were tasked with transforming an empty 896m2 of commercial office space, into a high-end office fit out at The Park, Macquarie Park. The project included construction of a new kitchen, dining and breakout areas as well as a parent’s room, hot desks, meeting rooms and private office’s.

The modern aesthetic called for curved feature walls throughout, which were finished with high attention to detail. Mechanical, electrical and fire service upgrades were done to complete the fit out. The high spec tenancy upgrade allowed our client, Goodman, to lease the new space within a month of the works being complete.
