MULTI-LEVEL OFFICE BUILDING UGRADE
The Park is a large commercial office and warehouse estate in the Macquarie Park area. JXB Projects were engaged to complete office fit-outs in Building A on Level 2 & 3, full spec fit out of Suite 4.01, amenity and lobby upgrades on Ground Floor, Level 1, 2 & 3, as well as construction of an immaculate end of trip facility and refurbished gym & yoga studio.
Delivered seamlessly over a staged program and within a live environment, this contract required extensive design management, pre- construction preparation and skilled tradesmen. Overall the project was delivered on schedule and the client was extremely happy with the final product.
