CLUBHOUSE REFURBISHMENT & TERRACE UPGRADE
Stage 1 of the Warriewood Surf Life Saving Club upgrade focused on transforming the Members level into a functional, durable space, improving weather protection and enhancing the bar and terrace for year-round use.
Internally, key areas were stripped and rebuilt, newskylights installed, and a bespoke bar delivered with custom joinery tailored to the club’s day-to-day operations. Externally, the terrace was extended and fully waterproofed, with pavers laid on a Versijack pedestal system to ensure accurate falls and long term drainage performance. A new structural steel awning with lined soffits and battens provides improved weather protection and a clean architectural finish. All works were completed within a 5 month program in a live, coastal community environment.
